About the role
We currently require classroom assistants to provide help to our educators within the classroom environment. Tasks include but are not limited to:
– Setting up and tidying up activities
– Support to students who need individual support
– Assisting on activities outside of the classroom
– Attending excursions
About You
– Over 18 years of age
– No prior experience necessary – all volunteers receive induction and training
– Enthusiastic about learning and patient
– Have 2 hours a week available for a minimum of two terms (6 months)
– Have a or willing to get a working with children check
– Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (2 doses if above 16 years, 2 doses if under 16 years)
