The first time I visited St Lucy’s was 15 years ago, and I have been a teacher there ever since! I love the school and its community, and I feel blessed to be able to work with such an incredible and dedicated staff. I am so grateful for all the students I have taught over the years and all they have taught me. I have seen St Lucy’s change and grow to be the amazing school it is today, and I am thrilled that we are now a K–12 school.

St Lucy’s is a wonderful place to work amongst a dynamic staff of professional teachers and therapists, who collaborate together, leading excellence in education for the students and families in their charge. St Lucy’s offers many opportunities as a staff member including excellent PD, growth into middle leadership positions and a state-of-the-art school environment with purpose-built classrooms and facilities. St Lucy’s is a supportive and diverse community. One of the top 3 things I have done in my lifetime is follow my vocation to St Lucy’s School.

St Lucy’s is a wonderful place to work. All the staff genuinely care about enriching the lives of the students each and every day. The school community is focused on inclusion and allowing the students to shine as they are. The staff work tirelessly to make learning experience for the students meaningful and engaging. Parents are extremely involved in the school life of the students and this collaboration allows for a holistic approach to the educating of the child. The leadership team has a strong focus on the well-being of staff, families and students. Highly recommend as a place to work and a place for students.
